We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to restore your photos and deliver them to you.

What we collect

• Your photos: the pictures you upload and the restored versions.
• Your email address: to send your preview, receipts and your sign-in link.
• Payment details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Usage information: pages visited, buttons tapped, device type, and the ad or link that brought you here. We store a shortened, scrambled form of your IP address, never the full address.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded and restored photos are deleted automatically after 30 days. Tap “Delete my photos now” on your photos page to delete them immediately.
• Order records are kept as required for accounting and tax.

Who processes your data

• Amazon Web Services (hosting, storage, email, and content moderation).
• Google Gemini (the AI that restores your photo). Photos are sent only to restore them, not to train models.
• Stripe (payments).

We never use your photos to train AI and never sell your photos.

Emails

We always send emails you need, like your preview and receipts. We send tips and offers only if you checked the box. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We don't sell your personal information. We may share limited, non-photo information (for example, that a purchase happened) with advertising partners such as Meta to measure our ads, which some US state laws call “sharing”. To opt out, email us. We also honor the Global Privacy Control signal sent by your browser.
