Love them or we'll make it right, or refund you.

Free re-do

Every photo comes with one free re-do. Tap “Not quite right?” and tell us what to fix, like faces looking different or colors looking wrong.

If you're still not happy within 30 days of your purchase, we'll refund you.
To ask for a refund, email a real person with your order number. We reply within 1 business day.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
When a pack is refunded, the photos left in it are removed.

All purchases are one-time payments. Nothing renews and you'll never be charged again unless you choose to buy more.
